eDMS Software technical support contracts are available as prepaid annual agreements. Our friendly customer support representatives are always ready to help you with your problems. Our technical support staff has the expertise to answer your questions on installation and operation of eDMS. Phone support is available, after hours support is also there for an additional fee. (This does not include the free warranty period of the product).
Please have your technical support ID number ready before calling the technical support. If you have lost your number or don't know if you have one or would like to purchase one then our technical support supervisor will provide you with that information.
You will need your technical support ID number to talk with a tech support representative. If you have lost your number or don't know if you have been assigned a number you will be directed to the sales department which will look up the information for you.
